It has been a grueling year, and the closer the 1st of January gets, the more ready I am to see what the new year holds. With that being said, I'm going to need all the motivation I can muster up in order to get back into the swing of things. So in case you're in the same boat as I am, and in case you're in need of a little extra boost as well, there's three new wallpapers for you just in time for the transition to 2017. Open Letter to Numbers

Dear Numbers,

Your family is rather large, branches stretching out to infinity, and each member unique to itself. So I’ve decided to address this letter to all of you in general, though I am only partial to some. It is interesting how in so many ways you all have the power to define me. 

5 Things To Do This Holiday Season

We are well and truly in the midst of the holiday season. The countdown to winter break is on. The clocks are ticking, the days are passing, and pretty soon, it'll be Christmas. To say that I'm excited would be an understatement. I've got places to go, people to see, and of course, sleep to catch up on. With that being said, as an avid list-maker, I also have things to do -- things that are focused on growth and giving.

I'm pretty excited to get started on crossing these off and so I thought I'd share some with you.

Mixing the Basics With Something New

The style of this dress is the opposite of the more basic, versatile turtleneck it is paired with. The two however, compliment each other greatly and is perfect for battling cold winds that are picking up this time of year. The contents of my closet is made up of a mix of minimalist pieces as well as unique articles of clothing that I personally love for a variety of reasons. Finding a blend between the two is the first step in discovering your own personal style while at the same time creating a complete wardrobe.
